When estimating the cost for 1/4" dies &/or
services, please use the following steps:
Standard Processing Time is Four to Five days from approval of
artwork and receipt of purchase order.
Measure the length and the height from the most
extreme points of your image.
Insert the length dimension and
the height dimension into the WHITE BOXES of Die Area Calculator
(Use Decimals). Fraction Conversion Chart CLICK HERE > The calculator will determine the
total square inches of your image (located in lower right box
of Calculator).
> 1" of flashing has been added to the length and the
height for production purposes (Production Allowance).
Go to the Die Charges Chart; find your square
inch calculation, follow the row to the column that meets your
Die requirements. Choose between Copper or Magnesium & Mounted
or Unmounted Dies.
